Rental Terms and Conditions
- PICK UP AND DELIVERY: Available upon request. An hourly fee of $75.00 will be charged from the time we leave until we return.
- RENTAL RATES:
MINIMUM: The least expensive rate applied to an item.
TWO HOUR: Any 2 hours the store is open
HALF DAY: Any 4 hours the store is open
DAY: Max 8 hours of use or 24 hour period. Additional charges for over 8 hrs of use.
OVERNIGHT: Out after 4:30 and back in by 8:30 next
day, will be charged the half day rate.
WEEK: 7 Days, or 40 hours of use.
MONTH: 28 days or 160 hours of use. - DAMAGE WAIVER: A fee of 6% will be added to all contracts. This fee will eliminate customer responsibility for accidental breakage or damage to equipment due to normal use. Damage waiver is not insurance. It does not cover abuse, misuse, or theft of property. It can be waived prior to the rental if a certificate of insurance covering damage to the equipment is provided to WFS.
- FUEL & SERVICE: All equipment will go out full of fuel and return full. Customer is responsible for checking all fluids and grease daily.
- CLEANING: All equipment must be returned in clean condition or a cleaning fee of $75.00 per hour will be charged.
